It was very fashionable four days with KTW Fashion Week in Fabryka Porcelany. I had the pleasure of attending the success of this event that emanates the vital energy of the Polish Designers.
Four days concentrated with fashion and style. Days and evenings were filled with shows, presentations, cocktails, conferences, debates and conventions where fashion was the center, the fulcrum around which spreads the rays of the latest Polish Fashion Trends to both man and woman.
Thirty-one designers showed on catwalk their collections, some new talents, others already have an international fame. The Fashion Week KTW.one at Katawice was organized by Rafal Piotr in collaboration with Natasha Pavluchenko and Bartosz Pilawski. The artistic direction of the event was assigned to the choreographer and director Waldek Szymkowiak. Many were the partners of this event including Maserati and Swarovski. The models Make-up was provided by Estée Lauder.
The location was "Fabryka Porcelany", an old abandoned and renovated factory where porcelain is being painted and sold. A dynamic and unusual location with huge spaces where during the year some concerts and events are organized. On the ground floor the Prodiz bistrot which delighted the After Party evenings with its delicious fusion foods.
White and black are the essential colors of all collections, revisited tuxedo with colors contrasts. A mix of modern and classic shapes with a twist. Soft trousers, asymmetrical jackets, large coats, miniskirts and long dresses. Bridal fashion was concentrated on last day.
Alongside with great international names such as Natasha Pavluchenko who showed the Neo Couture collection presented at Monte-Carlo Fashion Week. A contemporary warrior woman who is strong and indestructible, constantly fighting for survival.
